The Georgia EMS Association is dedicated to helping EMTs and Paramedics who work in the State of Georgia.  GEMSA is an association you can be proud to be a member of.

2025 GEMSA AWard Nominations open

Submission Deadline: NOVEMBER 30, 2025 at 5 pm.  

This is a firm deadline and no nominations will be accepted after this date.  If you have any questions contact GEMSA Operations Chief Cathy White.

Many of the awards require detailed information and a picture of the nominee.  Start gathering information for those EMS professionals who you would like to see recognized and nominate them today!

2026 GEMSA Providers & Educators - Call for presentations

GEMSA invites those interested in contributing to EMS in Georgia to submit proposals for presentation for the 2026 GEMSA Providers & Educators Conference.

Past Conference Transcripts

We all know renewal time is coming up.  If you have attended a past conference or grant funded training event hosted by the Georgia EMS Association, you were provided a continuing education transcript with a list of your continuing education hours either at the event or electronically after the event.

If you need a replacement continuing education transcript, there is a $5 charge for this service.  All you have to do is fill out the online form here and complete the payment information.  Within 3-5 business days of receiving your request and payment, we'll e-mail you a new copy of your transcript. 

Please make sure to fill in the conference or event name and date/year of the event, so we can send you the appropriate information.  If you have any questions, please contact Cathy White.

Our new and improved job board can be found at: https://gemsa.mcjobboard.net/jobs.

This job board allows job seekers to search for jobs by industry, employment type, location, or keyword.  Job seekers can also upload their resume to easily submit it for a job.  *Login information is the same as your member account on our website.
